How does Laeli help with a specific problem?
Describe what is happening in Laeli Chat. The coach uses the dog details and context you share to suggest practical next steps and relevant courses in Train. Tell it how practice went when you need more guidance.
How do chat, courses and Today work together?
Ask in the Laeli tab, find structured lessons in Train, and return to Today for daily practice. On Pro and Pro+, supported chat suggestions can be added to your plan. Course access depends on your subscription.
Is Laeli available now?
Yes. Laeli is available on the App Store and Google Play. Download the app and start on the Free plan without a subscription.
Is Laeli really free?
The Free plan includes one dog, three Laeli messages per UTC day, selected courses, Today, one care reminder and three days of Journal history. Pro adds more dogs, ten daily messages and more courses. Pro+ includes unlimited chat and the full course library. Paid subscriptions are optional; see current prices and any eligible trial in the app.
What does “force-free” mean?
It means reward-based training that encourages the behavior you want without fear, pain or intimidation. Laeli does not recommend shock collars, prong collars or punishment-based quick fixes.
Is Laeli an AI dog training app?
Yes. Laeli Chat uses AI to provide training guidance based on the information you share. You choose whether to consent before using AI features. It can make mistakes and does not replace an in-person trainer or veterinarian.
Will it work for my dog's breed and age?
Add your dog's age, breed and life stage to help shape the guidance. There are courses for puppies, adopted adults, rescues and seniors. You can update profile details later, and you can say when an age or breed is uncertain.
Does Laeli replace my vet?
No. Laeli is a training coach, not a veterinarian. Medical symptoms, pain, aggression, bite risk and severe anxiety need a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional. Do not wait for an app response in an emergency.
What happens to my data?
Your profile, journal and chat information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. You can manage your account and request deletion in the app. AI features require your consent before relevant information is sent for processing.
